Our MOSFET Switch Board (3300V) is a high-voltage powerhouse, built to cater to the most demanding high-voltage experiments. Integrating the key features of our original MOSFET Switch Board with enhanced capabilities, this board is designed for precision and power:

• High Voltage Tolerance: Designed to handle up to 3300V, this board features a TO-263-7 pad with the MOSFET soldered directly, offering stability and performance in high-voltage scenarios.
   
• Ultra-Fast Switching: Experience rapid switching speeds, essential for generating sharp impulses and beneficial in a range of high-frequency applications.
   
• Customizable MOSFET Options: Select from two powerful 3300V MOSFET options – G2R1000MT33J for standard applications or the low-resistance G2R120MT33J. Alternatively, choose the DIY option and solder your preferred MOSFET.
   
• High-Side or Low-Side Switching: The board's design allows for both high-side and low-side switching, offering you flexibility in application.
   
• BNC Connection for Ease: Equipped with a BNC connector, the board allows for easy and secure connection to signal generators, ensuring compatibility and convenience.
   
• Galvanic Voltage Isolation: The board provides over 2300V of galvanic isolation between the input signal and the gate/source of the MOSFET. Additionally, the drain of the MOSFET can be at 3300V above the source when it is not conducting, enhancing the overall isolation capability.
   
• Maximum Switching Speed: While the maximum switching speed largely depends on the gate capacitance of the MOSFET, the board supports frequencies of at least 1 MHz. With the selectable G2R1000MT33J MOSFET, the board can handle switching speeds of more than 3MHz!
   
• Effective Cooling System: The board includes a heatsink and a 12V fan connected directly to the board, crucial for managing heat in intensive operations.
   
• Optimal for High-Voltage Impulses: Both MOSFET options are superb for generating impulses up to 3300V, making this board a versatile tool for advanced experimental setups.

Note: The maximum DC isolation of 2300V applies between the MOSFET's source and the input signal. The drain can be 3300V above the source, totalling a 5600V isolation potential. Please consider these parameters for safe operation.

Standard MOSFETs block current in only one direction due to the body diode's reverse conduction. For AC applications requiring bidirectional current blocking, our Bidirectional MOSFET Switch is the ideal solution.

This product includes a BNC to hookup wire adapter for easy connection to a Microcontroller Unit (MCU).

If you don’t have a signal generator and/or power supply, we recommend the following entry-level products that can be used together with this board: FY6900-20M and DPS605U. These both give you great flexibility for doing experiments at an unbeatable price.
