Privacy Policy for High Voltage Experimental
Website operated by Devrima AS
1. About this policy
This policy explains how Devrima AS uses personal information when you browse our website, contact us or place an order.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide, such as your name, contact details, delivery address and order information. We also collect information about website visits, purchases, browser and device details, IP addresses, advertising references and privacy choices.
3. How we use information
We use information to manage accounts and orders, provide customer support, meet legal obligations, improve our website and understand which advertising is useful.
Our legal bases depend on the purpose and include fulfilling your orders, legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and improving our shop, and consent where required.
4. Website analytics
We use Google Analytics and Statcounter to understand how visitors find and use our website. These services use cookies and similar technologies to measure visits, pages viewed and website activity. Google Analytics may also be linked to Google Ads for advertising measurement and audiences.
We keep our own advertising attribution records and statistics about choices made in our cookie dialog to understand visits and improve the website experience.
5. Advertising and purchase measurement
We may use Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta (including Facebook and Instagram) and OpenAI Ads to measure advertising results.
Depending on the service, website and purchase activity can be shared through tags or pixels, server connections such as Meta Conversions API, and purchase-data uploads. This can include order references, products purchased, amounts and currency, advertising identifiers, browser information, IP addresses and contact details used for matching.
Features such as Google enhanced conversions and purchase-data uploads help connect purchases with advertising. Remarketing can help show relevant advertising to previous visitors and customers.
6. Customer matching
Google Customer Match and Meta customer audiences can help us show customers relevant advertising. This can involve sharing customer contact details for matching. Meta audiences may also use purchase history or value to help reach relevant and similar audiences.
Contact details may be hashed for secure matching. You can manage your Google Customer Match permission through Cookie settings as explained below, or contact us for help with customer-list removal.
7. Sharing and protection
We share information with providers supporting our shop, orders, analytics and advertising. We take steps to protect personal information and limit access to those who need it.
Further information about these services is available from Google, Microsoft, Meta, OpenAI and Statcounter.
8. Your choices and rights
Click the "Cookie settings" button at the bottom left of this privacy policy page to open your consent settings and change your Statistics and Marketing choices.
Turning off Marketing also withdraws your Google Customer Match permission when we can link your choice to your account or order. Removal from these lists takes effect after the next successful list update. If you previously checked out as a guest, or need help with customer-list removal, please contact us.
You can also use Google’s advertising controls and Analytics opt-out tool.
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your information, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent.
Account holders and guests can use our personal information request form to ask for an export or deletion. We verify your email and review the request before acting. Our GDPR Policy explains the process, download expiry and records we retain.
9. Updates and contact
We may update this policy to reflect changes to our services and practices.
